ウェブビーコン（Web beacons）

ETag

また、サードパーティは、お客様が他のウェブサイトを訪問した際にデバイスに配置されたクッキーを読み取ることもあります。これは通常、そのサードパーティがお客様の訪問した他のウェブサイトでもクッキーを設定している場合に発生します。ブラウザのクッキーは、ブラウザの設定から管理できます（以下の「クッキーの管理」セクションを参照してください）。
重要な点として、BTおよびその信頼できるサードパーティパートナーはお客様の設定に沿ってのみクッキーを設定しますが、最初に行動を許可した後に設定を変更した場合でも、BTおよびその信頼できるサードパーティパートナーは、お客様がクッキーの配置に同意していた期間中に収集および派生したデータの使用を継続する場合があります。
クッキーの管理（Managing cookies）
デバイス上のクッキーをコントロールおよび管理する方法があります。ブラウザまたはデバイスレベルで変更した設定は、当社が使用するクッキーだけに影響するわけではないことにご注意ください。これらの変更は、お客様が訪問するすべてのウェブサイトに適用されます（特定のサイトからのクッキーのみをブロックすることを選択した場合を除きます）。
当社のクッキーバナー（Our Cookie Banner）
BTの「クッキー設定の管理（Manage Cookie Settings）」機能を使用してお好みの設定を行うことで、BTが設定するクッキーに関するプリファレンスを直接編集できます。ここでは、当社のウェブサイトによって配置されるすべての非必須クッキーに関する設定を選択できます。
この方法では、設定を変更する前に既に設定されていたクッキーには影響しません。既存のクッキーを管理したい場合は、以下に示すブラウザの設定を使用できます。
ブラウザでのクッキーの管理（Managing cookies in your browser）
ほとんどのブラウザでは、希望するプライバシー設定のレベルを選択できます。（a）すべてのクッキーをブロックする、（b）すべてのクッキーを受け入れる、または（c）その中間の設定を選択することができます。この範囲によりクッキー設定をコントロールできるため、以下のようなことが可能になります。
保存されているクッキーを確認し、個別に削除する
サードパーティのクッキーをブロックする
特定のサイトからのクッキーをブロックする
すべてのクッキーの設定をブロックする
ブラウザを閉じる際、すべてのクッキーを削除する
クッキーを削除すると、ウェブサイト上で行ったすべての設定が失われます。また、すべてのクッキーをブロックすると、前述の通り、当社ウェブサイト上の機能が失われます。当社ウェブサイトをご利用の際は、すべてのクッキーをオフにすることはお勧めしません。
設定をいつでも引き下げたい場合（例えば、最初はすべてのクッキーを受け入れたものの、後で特定の種類のクッキーを拒否したくなった場合など）は、ブラウザの設定を使用して、前回の訪問時に配置されたクッキーを削除する必要があります。
